Products and personalisation
Product images, mock-ups, and on-screen previews are illustrative. Final appearance can vary slightly due to display settings, print materials, crop choices, and normal production tolerances. Check the selected product, size, quantity, photo crop, spelling, text, overlays, and preview carefully before submitting an order.
Your uploaded photos and artwork
You must own or have permission to use each photo, logo, font, design, or other item you upload. You are responsible for the content and instructions you provide. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate material. You allow us and our fulfilment providers to use the supplied files only as reasonably needed to produce, deliver, and support your order.
Orders, pricing, and payment
An order request is subject to product availability, successful payment authorisation, and acceptance by the store. Prices, offers, taxes, delivery charges, and totals should be reviewed at checkout before payment. We may correct obvious listing or pricing errors and will contact you about a material issue affecting an order.
Changes and cancellations
Personalised products may enter production soon after an order is placed. Contact us promptly with your order number if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee a change once production or dispatch has started.
Shipping, returns, and faulty items
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may vary by destination, carrier, and production demand. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order, contact us as soon as practical with the order number and clear photos so we can investigate. Because personalised products are made to your specifications, change-of-mind returns may be limited where permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Accounts and website use
Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate order information. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, misuse another person’s account, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or our systems.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep product details and services accurate and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be promised. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the store is not responsible for indirect losses arising from website use or delays outside our reasonable control. These terms do not limit liability or rights that applicable law says cannot be limited.
